This year, we are again offering you a buffet-style meal to give participants greater variety and more choices. Menu is as follows:
- Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaf Coffee
- Selection of Hot Tea
- Mixed Green Salad
- Herb Roasted Bone-in Chicken
- Flank Steak with Fire-Roasted Tomato Demi-Glace
- Fingerling Potatoes
- Stem-on Carrots
- Assortment of Dessert Bars
NOTE: The vegetarian option will be Vegetable Ravioli. This will not be on the buffet, but will be served to those who reqest if before 03/29/24
Banquet Seating
Register for individual or group seating online or by mail. When registering group seating, you must register the entire group together.
