- There are no Banquet Only tickets
- Checks from U.S. banks and money orders are accepted
- Payments must be in U.S. funds

- A fee of $35.00 will be levied for all returned checks
Register for individual or group seating online or by mail. When registering group seating, you must register the entire group together.
Provide the names of up to 10 Banquet attendees (including yourself) to be seated at the table you are purchasing seats for.
- If banquet attendee names are not given, the purchaser assumes responsibility to obtain and distribute banquet seating tickets to the individuals in his/her party.
Holiday Inn advance registration room rate is $113.00/night. Breakfast is not included. Hotel reservations must be made no later than January 6th, 2019 to get the $113.00/night room rate.

Participants name tags must be worn at all events Friday & Saturday.
Attendance for Sunday is FREE and all are welcome.

Alateen members and Participants Under 18:
Participants Must Be At Least 13 Years Of Age
Alateen Members: All Alateen members attending with their sponsor(s) and without a parent MUST submit a notarized permission and medical form when registering. All forms must be notarized before arrival.

Instructions for the form:
- Print form (two-sided).
- Do not send the slip to AA registration. The adult has to bring it with the teen to the Roundup
and go to the Alateen registration area with it and the teen (even if they are pre-registered).
- It must be notarized.
Alateen members are also required to submit the Alateen Event Contract:
