Ms Lentz will help get you registered at the Roundup special rate 0f $125 per night (plus taxes)

    Directions For Mail In Registration:

  1. Print out form
  2. Fill out form
  3. Follow mailing instructions on the form
  4. Be sure to include check or money order payable to Salt City Midwinter Roundup
  5. Do Not Send Cash

  • Registration (Roundup Only) is $35.00 per person
  • Registration (Roundup & Saturday night banquet) is $82.50 per person
  • There is an optional Ice Cream Social Friday night at a cost of $14.00 per person
  • Checks,Cash,Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Accepted

  • Banquet Sales End at Noon on February 25, 2023
  • There are no Banquet Only or Ice Cream Social Only tickets
  • Checks from U.S. banks and money orders are accepted
  • Payments must be in U.S. funds
  • Make checks and money orders payable to: Salt City Mid-Winter Roundup PO Box 7 Manlius, NY 13104
  • A fee of $35.00 will be levied for all returned checks

Register for individual or group seating online or by mail. When registering group seating, you must register the entire group together.

Provide the names of up to 9 Banquet attendees (including yourself) to be seated at the table you are purchasing seats for.

    If banquet attendee names are not given, the purchaser assumes responsibility to obtain and distribute banquet seating tickets to the individuals in his/her party.

  • Sunday, February 26, Due to limited occupancy, only those having id badges will be admitted to the Conference Center
